This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Namir Namir Information Technology Co. LLC ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates that operates Limitless Trade Copier (the "Service"), collects from you, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

01Data we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the Service. Specifically:

The Service does not collect your broker login credentials, your trading account passwords, your trade history, your account balances, or the content of trades. These remain on your computer between the Service and your broker.

02How we use your data

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Delivering the Service. Issuing your license, binding it to your hardware, allowing heartbeats and offline grace periods, enforcing expiry.
• Communicating with you. Sending your license key after payment, sending onboarding instructions, responding to support requests, sending occasional product updates.
• Fraud detection. Detecting key sharing, multiple-machine activations, abusive transfer patterns, and payment fraud.
• Legal compliance. Maintaining payment records, responding to lawful requests from authorities, preventing money laundering.
• Improving the Service. Aggregate, non-identifying analysis of activation patterns to improve reliability.

03Legal basis for processing

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR for customers in the European Economic Area) requires a legal basis for processing personal data, we rely on the following bases:

• Contract. We process your email, payment details, license key, and hardware fingerprint to perform the contract you enter into when you purchase the Service.
• Legitimate interests. We process server logs and IP addresses to detect fraud, secure the Service, and prevent abuse.
• Legal obligation. We retain payment records and may disclose data when required by law.
• Consent. Where we send marketing communications (rare), we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

04Service providers we use

To operate the Service we share limited data with the following service providers ("processors"). Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments:

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.

05How long we keep your data

• Active licenses: for as long as the license is active and for a reasonable period after expiry to support reactivation, license transfers, and customer disputes — typically up to 24 months after expiry.
• Payment records: retained as required by applicable UAE tax and accounting laws (typically 5 years).
• Server logs: rotating window of up to 90 days, then deleted.
• Support emails: retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless deletion is requested.

If you request deletion of your data, we will delete what is not required by law to retain (see Your rights).

06Sharing with third parties

We share your data only as described in this Policy:

• With the service providers listed in Section 4, strictly to operate the Service.
• With law enforcement or other authorities when required by a valid legal process applicable to us.
• With a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our business assets (in which case we will notify you and ensure the successor honours this Policy).

07Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
• Receive a portable copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

To exercise these rights, email support@limitlesscopier.com from the address associated with your license. We respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before releasing data.

08Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

• HTTPS / TLS encryption for all communication between your browser, our website, and our license server.
• Server-side rate limiting on activation and checkout endpoints to deter brute-force attacks.
• HMAC-SHA512 signature verification on payment webhooks.
• Ed25519 cryptographic signatures on activation tokens.
• Limited access to production systems by authorised personnel only.
• Bearer-token authentication on administrative endpoints.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach that materially affects you, we will notify you without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.

09Cookies & tracking

Our website (limitlesscopier.com) does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. The site uses only:

• Preconnect hints to Google Fonts (so display fonts load faster).
• A clipboard API call when you click "Copy" on a license key or bank IBAN (no data leaves your browser).

When you proceed to NowPayments for a crypto payment, that site has its own cookie and tracking practices that we do not control.

10Children

The Service is not intended for or directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

11International transfers

Because our service providers are based in different countries, your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence (including the United States, where Railway, Vercel, Resend, and NowPayments operate). Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.

12Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
