Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how you can request a refund for a purchase of Limitless Trade Copier, operated by Namir Namir Information Technology Co. LLC ("we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

01The 14-day window

For most purchases, you can request a refund within 14 calendar days of the date your license was issued (the timestamp on your license email is the reference). After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and generally not granted.

USDT (TRC20) — non-refundable

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be refunded. Exchange-rate fluctuation between the time of payment and a hypothetical refund creates material financial risk that we cannot absorb for individual customers. This is consistent with industry practice for crypto-accepting merchants.

If you paid in USDT and your purchase is otherwise eligible for a refund under this policy (e.g., a defect in the Service that we cannot resolve, or a yearly plan that was never activated), we may at our discretion offer:

• An equivalent-value credit toward a future purchase;
• An extension of your current license term; or
• In exceptional cases, a refund in USDT — at the current USDT/USD price at the time of refund, not at the original purchase price.

Bank transfer (PKR or AED) — refundable, customer pays wire fee

If you paid by bank transfer in PKR (to our owner's account in Pakistan, used for receiving PKR payments on behalf of the company) or AED (to our company account in the United Arab Emirates) and your purchase is eligible for a refund under Section 2, we will refund the original amount minus any wire transfer or banking fees incurred to send the refund (typically the equivalent of $25 USD in your local currency).

Refunds are returned to the same account you paid from. We cannot send a refund to a different account holder or a different bank.

Card (Stripe) — not yet available

Card payments via Stripe are planned but not yet active. When card payments go live, this section will be updated. Card refunds are typically returned to the original card within 5-10 business days.

04Cases not eligible for refund

The following are not eligible for a refund regardless of payment method or plan:

• Requests made more than 14 calendar days after the license was issued.
• Yearly licenses that have been activated on any machine.
• Licenses revoked for violation of the Terms of Service (including key sharing, abusive activation patterns, fraudulent payment).
• Losses or perceived losses from trading conducted using the Service. The Service does not generate trading signals or make trading decisions — see Sections 9-11 of the Terms of Service.
• Compatibility issues with a specific broker, prop firm setup, or MT5 build where we have made a reasonable effort to assist and the issue is outside our control.
• Failure to receive your license email due to inaccurate address, full inbox, or spam filtering — contact admin@limitlesscopier.com and we will resend the key (this is not a refund situation).

05How to request a refund

Email admin@limitlesscopier.com from the address associated with your purchase. Include:

1. Your license key (format LTC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
2. The plan you purchased and the payment method used.
3. A brief reason for the refund request — this helps us improve the Service for everyone, but you are not required to provide a detailed justification.
4. For bank transfer refunds: the same bank account details you paid from (so we can return the funds).

We aim to respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. The funds may take longer to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

06Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase are the terms in effect on the day your license was issued. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
